Getting started · Funding
Fund a DIDLab wallet safely
TRUST pays gas, TT is the ERC-20 platform token, and the portal supports both controlled faucet requests and wallet-signed transfers.
Native gas asset
TRUST
Required to submit transactions and contract deployments. Native transfers are signed directly by the connected wallet.
ERC-20 platform token
TT
Used by DIDLab application and classroom workflows. TT transfers call the TrustToken contract and still require TRUST for gas.
Three funding paths
01
Controlled faucet request
Students can request approved lab funding without receiving access to a server-side private key.
02
Direct wallet transfer
A funded DIDLab user or instructor can connect a wallet and send TRUST or TT to a recipient.
03
Student Starter Pack
A funded wallet can send a configured TRUST amount and TT amount as two separate wallet-signed transactions.
Expected transaction evidence
CP-V2.9 records transaction hash, block number, gas used, and an automatic verification result. Native transfers verify transaction recipient/value; TT transfers verify the ERC-20 Transfer event. Keep the explorer record with your lab evidence.
Non-custodial design
Before confirming
Verify chain 252501, recipient address, selected asset, and amount. The funding desk preflights balances and waits for a confirmed receipt; start small when testing a new wallet or workflow.
